We have taken the time to put together this list of Frequently Asked Questions to help you decide where you would like to stay during your vacation. It is our goal to make sure that you have a memorable stay and are a returning guest of our condos. If you have specific questions that are not answered below, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Who manages your condo?
Blue Sun Properties LLC manages the condos shown on this website. They manage the deposits, payments, housekeeping, maintenance, rental policies, etc. Blue Sun Properties manages other Panama City Beach Condos as well.

Who do I pay the deposit to?
All payments will be made to Blue Sun Properties LLC.

How do we get the key?
When you pay for your stay, you will be provided with a guest door code. We have a keyless entry system.

Do you offer any discounts for the dates of (arrival date) to (departure date)?
We have priced our condo rental rates to be very competitive with other condos of like kind, quality, and location. As a rule, we are fairly firm on our prices, but we may be willing to negotiate during non peak season (after Aug 15).

There are less expensive condos in PCB, but there aren't many that offer the amenities, location, luxury and convenience that are offered at Aqua.

Is the condo available for (dates)?
We have a calendar that we keep updated on our site and if the dates are not shown in red, then it is available. We don't mind looking just to verify for you though.

Are extra days available?
We rent the condo from Saturday to Saturday as a matter of policy. We have a Minimum Reservation Requirements - All properties require a three (3) night minimum reservation. Longer reservations may be required during peak seasons and/or holidays. Weekly reservations may be required for some properties during peak seasons and/or holidays.

How much deposit is required?
Deposit of $250.00 (USD) is due with acceptance of rental agreement.

When is full payment due?
Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date.

Are there any extra fees?
Balance includes a $100.00 one time cleaning fee, 12.4% Florida tax and $250.00 refundable damage deposit.

I have a very small dog that is house broken. Is it OK to bring our pet?
Pets are not permitted in our condo.

Is there a housekeeping charge?
Yes, there is an additional $100.00 housekeeping charge included in the balance that must be paid 30 days prior to arrival date.

What floor is the unit on?
The condos vary on floor, but generally the first numbers indicate the floor. 302 is a third floor condo where 2207 is a 22nd floor condo.

Where Do I Check-In?
Physical check in is not needed.

What time do I check in and check out?
Check-in is at 4:00pm and check-out is at 10:00am.

Are linens provided?
Linens are provided.

Is the kitchen equipped?
The kitched is equipped with everything you will need from making coffee to preparing full meals.

Are pets allowed?
We currently do not allow pets in our units.

Is Smoking allowed?
All condos at Aqua are  non-smoking units.

When is the maid service?
There is no daily maid service.

Where is the garbage chute?
There is a trash closet/chute on every floor.

Where do I park?
You may park in the garage located Across the Street.

Where is the closest grocery store?
Publix on Middle Beach road
Wal-Mart on Front beach road

Internet and Long-distance phone calls?
Wireless Internet is Free, in Common areas fees apply for Long Distance

Where are the pools and hot tubs?
Pools and hot tubs are located in the center of the complex adjacent to the Lobby.
